I’m TJ Delaney, a personal trainer with eight years of experience helping people unlock their strength and performance, and an ethical vegan for nearly a decade.
I chose veganism for two reasons. The animals and the planet. I believe we have a responsibility to protect what’s more vulnerable than us and to make choices that reflect that.
While I believe a fully plant based lifestyle is the best option for health, ethics, and sustainability, The Meatless Method is for everyone. Whether you’re vegan, plant curious, or simply looking to eat better and perform better, this method is here to guide you.
